Is there an option to allow downloads for Android devices? My customer's are seeing a 404 page when trying to access their download page. What can I do? How do I add DNS info to Sky Pilot? Wistia integration

Wistia is a streaming platform that allows you to host videos that can be embedded on your site. It provides tools to ensure that your videos are high quality for your viewers.

With our integration with Wistia, you can attach videos to products, when purchased allows your customers to stream those videos right on your store. This also works with expiration, which means that after a certain amount of days after purchase, you can automatically remove access to those videos.

Setup

From your Sky Pilot Admin, go to Settings > Integrations

Select Add Wistia Account

Log in to your Wistia account (if you are already logged in, you just need to Authorize the integration).

From here, you will be able to add any of your videos to your products, which means that your customers can purchase them to get access to those videos.

Additional Information

We do a sync for new videos a few times a day. Anytime you make changes to your Wistia account (adding, changing or deleting videos) we suggest that you click the Re-import button under Settings > Integrations.
