Customer Account integration/'My Files/Videos' button integration

Allow customers to login to their account and access any purchased files or videos

1. Legacy/old customer accounts

Step 1: Enable Customer Accounts in your Shopify store

a) Go to Your Shopify Customer Accounts settings

b) Click the Edit button

c) Tick the ‘’Show Login link in the header of online store and at checkout"

d) Click Save

Step 2: Add a "My Files/Videos" button to your website for your logged-in customers

a) Go to your Shopify Online Store section, click on Themes, and click on Customize

b) Select Legacy customer accounts

c) Select the App embeds section on the left-hand side, click on the Sky Pilot - Digital Download Link block, and select Profile/Orders/Order status

d) Click Save

2. New customer accounts

a) Go to your Shopify Online Store section, click on Themes, and click on Customize

b) Select Checkout and customer accounts

c) Select the App embeds section on the left-hand side, click on the Sky Pilot - Digital Download Link block, and select Profile/Orders/Order status

d) Click Save

Note: On Product pages, you can also add a "Product already purchased" button so that a customer is aware that they already have access to the content purchased on this product, and can access their content.
