Customer tags in Smartrr
All customers with an active subscription are tagged with 'Active Subscriber'.
Customer tags in bold subscriptions
All customers on any subscription are always tagged with 'active_subscriber'.
Therefore from a security point of view you would only want to use Bold if you intend to only have one Subscription plan available.
Customer tags in Subscription Plus
Once you have created your subscription plan, you can create customer tags by navigating to Settings > General.
Scroll to the Tags section and create your customer tag, this can then be added to Sky Pilot.
Bear in mind that the same customer tags are added to all subscription plans, therefore from a security point of view you would only want to use Subscription Plus if you only intend to have one subscription plan available.
Customer tags in Conjured memberships
To find your subscription customer tags in Conjured Memberships, head over to 'Perks' section and turn on Custom Perk
You can then easily copy and paste these into Sky Pilot
Customer tags in Appstle
Find your customer tags. Navigate to Customer Experience > Tagging
If you only have one selling plan you can copy the tag
If you have multiple selling plans, you will want to Add Dynamic Variables to assign the right customer tag to the right selling plan.
To find the selling plan ID, navigate to a product page on your store, select the selling plan and this will update the URL.
You can then substitute this in and type '688127050017appstle_subscription_active_customer' into Sky Pilot
Customer tags in Loop
1) Navigate to Settings > Subscription Tags
2) By default Loop will tag customers with the tag 'Active Subscriber'. You can copy and paste this directly into Sky Pilot.
If you have multiple subscriptions, you will want to add product info to the tag in order to ensure the right customers get access to the right products. For the product name 'Yoga Course', you would copy and paste 'active_subscriber_Yoga Course' into Sky Pilot.
