If you're seeing a ' The requested URL was not found on this server - 404' message prompt for your customer's download page, please make sure you check the following:
1. Head over to your Shopify Admin and go to Settings > Apps and Sales channel
2. Choose Sky Pilot and go to App Proxy
3. Double-check that the URL ends as .myshopify.com/apps/downloads
