1. Other digital downloads apps
If you had any other digital download app installed before you decided to switch to Sky Pilot, you might face issues with download links. After clicking on the link sent to email, your customers could face "page can’t be found" error. To troubleshoot, please follow the steps seen in this article.
2. Page Redirect / Link manager / Geolocation apps
If you use an app for Geographical region redirects, such as GeoIP Country Redirect installed, the app might try to redirect your customers to a localised URL when trying to access Sky Pilot's download.
Most of the apps provide a way to whitelist URLs to resolve the issue. To prevent false redirects, find a way to configure an exception for URLs of your store that contain "/apps/downloads" (Sky Pilot's delivery page name).
