Is there an option to allow downloads for Android devices? My customer's are seeing a 404 page when trying to access their download page. What can I do? You can set up Sky Pilot so that customers' access to files or videos will expire a certain number of days after their purchase. This can be used to set up a rental or limited-time access to files or streaming videos and you can achieve the mentioned by following the steps below:

1. Visit the Product tab

2. Select the product/variant you would like to edit

3. Click on the file you want to edit and on the right side of the screen click the “Expires After” dropdown. Proceed with entering the number of days you would like the file to expire in the Days field and click Save
