How to Set Up Your Scheduled Release
Setting up a scheduled release takes only a few clicks directly within your existing workflow. Follow these steps to automate your next launch:
- Open Sky Pilot and go to the Products section.
- Click on the specific uploaded file you wish to schedule.
- Look at the bottom right of the file management interface.
- Use the picker to select the exact date and time for the file to become available.

What to Expect
- Secure Access: Once a file is scheduled, our system ensures it remains secure and non-downloadable until the designated timestamp is reached.
- Customer Transparency: On the digital delivery page, customers see a "Releases on [Date]" notification. This manages expectations and builds anticipation for the official launch.

Important Note: To ensure this feature displays correctly for your customers, you must be using the newest version of the Sky Pilot theme.
You can update your theme at any time by navigating to Settings > Library and Account > Add Theme. From there, you can choose between our Standard Grid or List themes to get the latest features and design updates.
