What does pending access mean in the “Order” section?

The Pending Access status indicates that the customer has not yet accessed any of the digital content associated with their order. This means they have not downloaded a file, streamed a video, opened a document, or interacted with any digital content delivered through Sky Pilot. The order remains in this status until the customer first accesses one of the available files. Once they do, Sky Pilot updates the order activity accordingly so you can track customer engagement. This status is useful for identifying customers who may need a reminder or assistance accessing their purchase.
