PDF stamping can be tricky because each PDF file can have slightly different structures, dimensions, and rendering behaviors. The placement of the stamp is determined by X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) coordinates within the PDF’s coordinate system. These values aren’t fixed — they depend on the specific layout and height of your document.
For example, in our demo store, we use X = 10 (near the left edge) and Y = 580 (close to the bottom for a document height of 600 points). Your ideal values may vary, especially if your PDF has larger margins or a different aspect ratio.
If you notice the stamp appearing too high, too low, or in the middle of the page, we recommend exporting your document from Word (or another text editor) before uploading. Word ensures consistent margin dimensions and page height, which helps the stamp render correctly across pages.
Finally, try to avoid positioning the stamp too close to the top of the page (maximum Y position). Doing so may push it beyond the printable area, preventing it from displaying properly.
