The Data Export tool gives you direct access to your digital storefront's data. Whether you are auditing your library, tracking product relationships, or pulling order history, you can generate comprehensive reports directly from your dashboard.
ℹ️ Availability: The Data Export feature is available on the Lite plan and higher.
Accessing Data Export
To access this feature, navigate to: Sky Pilot Settings > Data Export
Available Export Reports
All data is exported in a standard CSV format for easy filtering and analysis in spreadsheets. You can run four types of reports:
- Files Uploaded: A complete list of all files uploaded to your library.
- Products with Attached Files: A list of all products in your store that have digital files attached to them.
- Digital Orders: A history of orders containing products with at least one attached digital file.
System Limitations & Guidelines
- Consecutive Processing: To ensure system stability, only one export can be run at a time. Please wait for your current report to finish before initiating a new one.
- File-Only Data: The export tool tracks uploaded files only.
⚠️ Important Note on Videos and Links: Handled or hosted video content (via Vimeo, Wistia, or Sprout Video) and external links uploaded to Sky Pilot are excluded from these automated CSV exports.
