Why am I seeing a "Rate Limit Exceeded" message when downloading files? Is there an option to allow downloads for Android devices? My customer's are seeing a 404 page when trying to access their download page. What can I do? How do I add DNS info from Sky Pilot to my email provider? My PDF stamping position is not looking quite right. What can I do? My download page description does not follow HTML standards. What do I do? Microsoft Edge is blocking downloads by Sky Pilot for my customers marking them as unsafe. What can I do? My downloads aren't working and I'm getting a 'This site can't be reached error'. What do I do? Can I bulk upload attachments to my products in Sky Pilot? Can I sort the files in my customer's library by order creation date? Is download limit affected by playing audio/videos? Any countries where Vimeo is banned? If my customers create an account for my website after they have previously downloaded the purchased files via email, will they still be able to see those files? Is there a limit on the number of files that can be added to the products? Is it possible to add the additional charge to the base price of the product if we add digital content to it? How do customers receive the file when they purchase my product, is it just a download link or is it delivered in a specific format? Are there any apps that conflict with Sky Pilot? What does pending access mean in the “Order” section? Where do I see the added photo or video or file when I added it to a specific product?

Integrating FlippingBook with Sky Pilot

Sky Pilot now supports integration with FlippingBook, allowing you to offer interactive, flipbook-style documents to your customers. This feature is currently in beta, so we welcome any feedback or suggestions to improve the experience!

Prerequisites

1. You need an active FlippingBook account.
2. Ensure your Sky Pilot theme supports FlippingBook integration (steps below).

Step 1: Check Your Sky Pilot Theme for Compatibility

1. Open the Sky Pilot app in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings > Theme.
3. Duplicate your current default theme (recommended for safety).
4. In the duplicated theme, click on Actions > Edit Code.
5. Open the file.liquid template and search for "flippingbook". If a result appears, your theme is already set up for integration. If no result appears, please reach out to us for assistance.

Step 2: Prepare Your FlippingBook File

1. Log in to your FlippingBook account.
2. Select the Flipbook you want to embed.
3. Click on Embed and copy the "hid" from the provided embed code.

4. Download the Flipbook as a PDF file.

Step 3: Rename the File for Sky Pilot

To ensure compatibility, you need to rename the file correctly before uploading:

1. Add an underscore (_) at the end of the file name.
2. Paste the copied "hid" immediately after the underscore.
3. Change the file extension from .pdf to .flippingbook.

Example:
Original file: magazine.pdf
Renamed file: magazine_[hid].flippingbook

Step 4: Upload to Sky Pilot

1. Open Sky Pilot in Shopify.
2. Go to Products > Digital Files.
3. Upload your .flippingbook file as you would with any other digital file.

You are done!

Again, since this feature is still in beta, we appreciate any feedback or suggestions; feel free to reach out to us if you encounter any issues or have ideas for improvements.
