How do I cancel my Sky Pilot plan/account?

You can cancel your Sky Pilot subscription at any time by uninstalling the Sky Pilot app from your Shopify store. Once the app is uninstalled, your active subscription will be cancelled automatically, and you will no longer be billed for future billing cycles. If your Shopify store is closed or your Shopify subscription is cancelled, your Sky Pilot subscription will also end automatically.

Please note that uninstalling the app schedules your Sky Pilot data for deletion. Your files, folders, customer access records, delivery settings, and other app data are typically retained for up to one week after the app is uninstalled before being permanently deleted. If you plan to reinstall Sky Pilot within that period, we recommend contacting our support team as soon as possible, as we may be able to assist before the data is removed. Once the retention period has passed, your data cannot be recovered.

If you'd prefer to keep your files and settings without maintaining a paid subscription, you can also downgrade to the Free Plan instead of uninstalling the app. This allows you to continue using Sky Pilot with limited features, provided your account remains within the Free Plan usage limits.
