Is there an option to allow downloads for Android devices? My customer's are seeing a 404 page when trying to access their download page. What can I do? Is there an option to allow downloads for Android devices?

Apple devices are finicky with the file types they allow to be downloaded, and so there have been cases where a customer tries to download a file, their IOS device blocks it, but it increments the download counter anyway and they eventually run out of downloads without ever actually getting the file which can be frustrating. Android doesn't have this issue, as you can normally download files from these types of devices. To allow iOS downloads within Sky Pilot, please review this article.
