After attaching a file, photo, or video to a product, you'll be able to see it within the product details inside the Sky Pilot app. These files are not displayed on your Shopify product page or anywhere else in your storefront before a purchase is made. Sky Pilot securely stores the files and makes them available only after an eligible order has been completed. Once a customer purchases the product, they'll receive access according to your delivery settings. This ensures your digital content remains protected and is only accessible to authorized customers.
