Sky Pilot does not currently support a built-in self-serve feature for bulk uploading and mapping attachments to products directly within the app. This means you cannot automatically upload a large number of files and assign them to products in one action from the admin interface.
However, our team can assist you with this process as a managed service. This is particularly helpful for merchants migrating a large library of digital products or reorganizing existing content at scale. The service includes uploading your files and correctly linking them to the appropriate products or variants in Sky Pilot.
The cost and turnaround time for this service depend on the volume of files and the complexity of the setup. Larger uploads or more complex mappings will require more time and may increase the total cost.
To request assistance, please contact our Customer Service team and include the following details:
- The location of your files (for example Dropbox, Amazon S3, Google Drive, or another storage provider).
- A CSV file that maps your Shopify product or variant IDs to the corresponding file names.
- Any specific folder structure or organization requirements you’d like us to follow (if applicable).
Once we review your request, we will provide you with a tailored quote and estimated delivery time. After confirmation and payment, our team will proceed with the full setup on your behalf.
